Johan Madrigal is the Founder and Board Member dedicated to establishing the CoSN California Chapter. As the Director of Technology Learning and Support Services at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), Johan brings over 25 years of leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to the educational community her serves.

Mr. José González has more than 18 years of K-12 education experience. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). While working for LAUSD as the Senior Director of Information Technology, he managed more than $300 million in project and operational funds.

Mike Lawrence is an award-winning teacher, administrator and educational leader. He serves as the Director of Information & Technology at ABC Unified School District. He was previously CEO of Computer-Using Educators (CUE) from 2005-2017 and was named one of the Top 100 Influencers in EdTech for 2023-2024.
